Strange Tale｜A Page of Waterproof Notes, Recording '03:17' and a Line: 'Don't Go There at That Time'
A page of waterproof notes found near Songshou Road. The handwriting is calm, like someone keeping a record. On it is a string of times, and an underlined line: 'Don't go to that place at that time.'

Reader Submission | That Night, the Sign Downstairs Had a Character on It I Couldn't Read
An anonymous submission. At 03:17 the sign on the pharmacy downstairs flickered and the characters on it turned into shapes I could not read, for about 4 seconds. The next day the sign was fine. The photo on my phone is solid black.
