About This Work
Null Arcana is an epic serialized saga spanning a global magic academy + civilizational arcane lineages + multicultural mysticism. In 2065, 17-year-old ordinary teenager Lan Yingchen receives an acceptance letter from the world's only hidden academy of arcane arts — and discovers that its campus is stitched together from nodes of different civilizations. Five academy gates open respectively onto London's clock tower, a venerable Taipei temple, Cairo's underground passages, an Istanbul archway, Lhasa's stone steps, and a Maya jungle sanctuary. The Academy teaches five great civilizational traditions: Eastern meridian magic, Western sorcery, Indian mantra-wheels, Middle Eastern star-sand arts, and African ancestral-spirit contracts. During new-student placement trials, Lan Yingchen cannot be assigned to any single arcane lineage — and instead triggers the rare "Myriad Affinity" designation.
The series spans nine volumes: Hollow Ring Enrollment / Lost Academy History / Null Arcana Arena / The Primal Arcane Core / Void Door Echoes / Convergence of Five Lineages / Mirror of the Zeroth Seat / Null Arcana Unsealed / The Void Door Opens.
