One late night, the light in a window of the building opposite begins to flash—it's Morse code: 'Don't worry. You are not alone.' Skyrule didn't translate it for him, as if it didn't see.

In the surveillance footage, a person falls from the twelfth floor and is gone after a blink. No alarm, no ambulance. In those 3 seconds of raw footage, there's nothing.

A ring missing one gap. Sometimes it floats in the corner of a public screen, sometimes it hides in the reflection of glass. One blink and it's gone, and it never appears in any record.

When someone sees what they shouldn't have seen, Skyrule issues a classification: data contamination. It presupposes one thing—the one in error is always that person, never the record.
