Qiu Che enters an unregistered academy, discovers the Seventh Permission, and resists the AI Skyvault lockdown. In the 2065 new capital, AI governs everything; 17-year-old Qiu Che's correction module fails and he can see the error code beneath reality. Classified as data contamination, he flees into the glitch district, learns spells are the syntax for editing reality, and in a student contest exposes the Seventh Permission—the most deeply locked of the seven reality-operation permissions.
