That's all that's readable. From the header you can tell this is an arrival report submitted from the life-sciences group up to Central Control. The body runs 327 lines, all 'frozen'—a term that, in the ship's data system, is usually applied only to files 'Central Control deems unfit for disclosure.'

The submitter's clearance was 'downgraded' at the same moment the report was frozen. In other words, the person who wrote this report was demoted because of writing it.

The most unsettling part is that last line. 'Until the seal is broken, do not dig any deeper'—what seal? Dig what? The body is frozen; no one knows. All we know is that Central Control would rather freeze the entire report and downgrade the submitter than let those 327 lines be read.
